Watchdog Ecosystem Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Crypto Watchdog+, Crypto Sigma Watcher, and other Watchdog applications unless a separate privacy policy is provided for a specific application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the app and features used, Watchdog applications may process:

• Selected coins or watched assets
• Alert settings and sensitivity preferences
• Subscription entitlement status
• Anonymous device identifiers
• Push notification tokens
• App diagnostics such as app version, platform, notification status, connectivity checks, and entitlement state

We use this information to deliver market alerts, verify subscription access, maintain notification reliability, diagnose app issues, and improve app stability and support.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect crypto wallet addresses, private keys, or exchange login details.
• We do not collect passwords or payment card details.
• We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily supply it for support purposes.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party trackers.
• We do not sell user data.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Payment details are handled entirely by those stores. We receive only subscription entitlement status needed to unlock paid features. We do not receive or store payment card details.

5. Push Notifications

If notifications are enabled, Watchdog applications may use Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service (APNs), or Expo Push Notifications to deliver significant market alerts and occasional service notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Market Data

Watchdog applications use public market data from providers such as CoinGecko. Market data requests do not require wallet credentials or exchange login details. No personal data is included in these requests.

7. AI Features

Some Watchdog ecosystem apps, such as Crypto Sigma Watcher, may include optional AI features. If you submit an AI query, the text of that query may be sent to our backend service to generate a response. Queries are not linked to personal identity. Crypto Watchdog+ does not require AI Console usage.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use the following services:

• Google Play Billing
• Apple App Store / StoreKit
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
• Expo Push Notifications
• CoinGecko market data
• Render hosting infrastructure

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

9. Data Retention

Push notification tokens and anonymous device identifiers are retained only while active. Stale or unregistered tokens are removed automatically. App settings stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.

10. Children's Privacy

Watchdog applications are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
